About Evo Sprayer Guide

A buyer's guide to Evo non-aerosol oil sprayers, written by home cooks who actually use them every day.

Why this guide exists

We're a small group of home cooks who grew tired of disposable aerosol cooking spray — the faint chemical aftertaste, the empty cans piling up, the cost of buying them again and again. The day we swapped to a refillable Evo mister and put our own good olive oil in it, everything changed: less oil, cleaner flavour, no waste. This guide is where we share what we learned so you can pick the right sprayer without the guesswork.

What we cover

Every product listed here is a genuine Evo non-aerosol sprayer. We track current pricing, star ratings and the manufacturer's own specifications, then organise the range into four families so you can match capacity and material to the way you cook:

  • Material & size — food-safe glass for everyday counter use, rugged 18/8 stainless steel for heavy daily cooking, compact minis for keeping oil and vinegar side by side, and the big-batch original bottle.
  • Spray performance — the non-aerosol trigger fan and quarter-teaspoon portion control that every Evo shares, and how the nozzle behaves with different oils.
  • Real-world value — genuine owner ratings and live prices, so you can see what each model actually costs and how it holds up over time.

How we stay useful

We only feature real Evo sprayers, we describe them the way we'd describe them to a friend, and we update prices and ratings so the guide reflects what you'll find today — not what was true a year ago. If something looks wrong, tell us and we'll fix it.
